# CB vs Bin. Premium

This tool is very simple to use, but has great signal in challenging crypto markets. In short, this tool measures the spread between CB USD and Bin. USDT Spot Order Books.  Over the past few years, we have witnessed:&#x20;

* Bullish moves are followed with a CB Premium
* Bearish moves are followed by a Bin. Premium

### **Settings**

This tool has two main components to choose from to tune the chart:&#x20;

* Smoothness Filter - The data measured between Bin. and CB is very erratic. We have built in a filter to help traders better visualize these flows and the level of filtering/smoothening can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing this number.&#x20;
* Currency - This tool compares Bin. USDT vs CB USD, but you must select the currency you want to chart. Default is Bitcoin, but you can change it to SOL, ETH, XRP and DOGE (more coming soon).&#x20;
